What You'll Do
✔️ Clean & Prepare Guest Spaces – Ensure rooms and common areas are spotless and ready for incoming guests.
✔️ Laundry & Restocking – Handle linens, towels, and restock guest essentials.
✔️ Report Maintenance Issues – Identify and report repairs or safety concerns to management.
✔️ Solve Guest Issues – Assist with guest needs and ensure they have a comfortable stay.

What You’ll Do
✔️ Guest & Visitor Services – Be the go-to person for in-house guests and walk-in visitors, offering recommendations and planning support.
✔️ Adventure Booking & Coordination – Help guests book experiences with Miller Off Road, Echo Adventures, Groveland Trailheads, and Yosemite Basecamp lodging.
✔️ Phone & Email Support – Answer guest inquiries, provide trip planning advice, and assist with reservations.

✔️ Drive Online Sales Growth – Expand e-commerce sales through social media, digital marketing, and sales strategies.

✔️ Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Management – Create and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and website platforms (we use Square, Wix, and Meta).
